Licence Agreement

1. Definitions

• “Licensor” — Little Aha Moments, operator of The Still Waters Membership
• “Member” — any active subscriber to The Sent tier
• “MRR Products” — all digital products delivered to The Sent members, including all products available to The Still and The Restored tiers
• “End Customer” — any person who purchases an MRR Product from a Member
• “Resell” — to sell an MRR Product to an End Customer for payment

2. What You May Do

As a member of The Sent, you are permitted to:

• Sell all MRR Products to your own audience and keep 100% of the sale price you set
• List MRR Products for sale on your own website, Etsy shop, Gumroad, Payhip, or similar platforms
• Rebrand products with your own business name and logo before selling
• Bundle MRR Products together and sell as a collection
• Use MRR Products as lead magnets, bonuses, or additions to paid programmes
• Use all PLR rights as detailed in the PLR Licence Agreement
• Set your own pricing for all products you sell
• Print and sell physical copies of digital products

3. What You May Not Do

The following uses are strictly prohibited under this licence:

• Resell or transfer MRR rights to your End Customers — End Customers receive the product only, not resell rights
• Resell access to The Still Waters Membership itself
• Claim to be the original creator or author of any MRR Product
• Remove, alter, or obscure any scripture reference from any product under any circumstances
• Use MRR Products in a way that contradicts the theological standards of The Still Waters Membership
• Sub-licence MRR rights to any other person or business
• Upload original unmodified master files to any publicly accessible file-sharing location

4. End Customer Rights

When you sell an MRR Product to an End Customer, that End Customer receives a personal use licence only. They may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use the product unless they independently hold MRR rights through their own membership. You are responsible for communicating this clearly to your End Customers.

5. Scripture Integrity — Non-Negotiable

Scripture references must not be removed, altered, or reframed from any product under any circumstances. This applies to all uses — personal, coaching, and resale. Every product points people to God and His Word alone. This standard is the foundation of The Still Waters Membership and is not negotiable under any licence tier.

6. Theological Standards

All MRR Products must be sold and used in a context consistent with a conservative evangelical Christian worldview. You may not sell MRR Products in association with occult practices, divination, manifestation methodology, or any content that contradicts or undermines their scriptural basis.

7. Your Responsibility as a Reseller

As a reseller of MRR Products, you are acting as an independent seller. Little Aha Moments is not responsible for:

• Any disputes between you and your End Customers
• Refund or returns policies you apply to your own sales
• Tax obligations arising from your resale activity
• Any representations you make about the products beyond what is contained in the products themselves

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in connection with your resale activity, including consumer protection, data protection, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

8. Licence Validity

This licence is valid for the duration of your active membership in The Sent tier. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your right to sell MRR Products to new customers ceases immediately. Products already sold to End Customers prior to cancellation are unaffected.

9. Breach of Licence

In the event of a breach of this licence, Little Aha Moments reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately without refund and to pursue any legal remedies available under the laws of England and Wales.
