Licence Agreement

1. Definitions

• “Licensor” — Little Aha Moments, operator of The Still Waters Membership
• “Member” — any active subscriber to The Restored tier
• “PLR Products” — all digital products delivered to The Restored members, including worksheets, workbooks, social media templates, email sequences, course materials, and all associated files
• “Rebrand” — to add your own business name, logo, colours, or contact information to a product

2. What You May Do

As a member of The Restored, you are permitted to:

• Use all PLR Products in your own coaching programmes, group courses, and one-to-one client sessions
• Rebrand products with your own business name and logo
• Edit, adapt, and combine products to suit your coaching style and client needs
• Use products as client handouts, session worksheets, course modules, and homework materials
• Include products in paid or free coaching programmes and courses
• Use products as lead magnets in your own marketing — provided you have rebranded them
• Print physical copies for use with clients in one-to-one or group settings

3. What You May Not Do

The following uses are strictly prohibited under this licence:

• Sell PLR Products as standalone digital products to end consumers (this right is reserved for The Sent tier MRR members)
• List PLR Products for sale on marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, or similar platforms
• Share, distribute, or upload original unmodified files to any publicly accessible location
• Transfer or sub-licence your PLR rights to any other person or business
• Claim to be the original creator or author of any PLR Product
• Remove, alter, or obscure any scripture reference from any product under any circumstances
• Use PLR Products in a way that contradicts the theological standards of The Still Waters Membership
• Resell access to The Still Waters Membership itself

4. Scripture Integrity — Non-Negotiable

Every product within The Still Waters Membership is rooted in God’s Word. Scripture references must not be removed, altered, or reframed under any circumstances. This is not merely a legal requirement — it is the conviction at the heart of this membership, that every product points people to God and His Word alone.

5. Theological Standards

All PLR Products must be used in a context consistent with a conservative evangelical Christian worldview. You may not use PLR Products in association with occult practices, divination, manifestation methodology, or any content that contradicts or undermines their scriptural basis.

6. Licence Validity

This licence is valid for the duration of your active membership in The Restored tier. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your right to use PLR Products in new commercial contexts ceases. Products already in use within existing coaching programmes at the time of cancellation may continue to be used.

7. Breach of Licence

In the event of a breach of this licence, Little Aha Moments reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately without refund and to pursue any legal remedies available under the laws of England and Wales.
