Terms of Use

1. The Membership

The Still Waters Membership is a digital product membership operated by Little Aha Moments, a sole trader based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. The membership provides access to faith-based digital products across three tiers: The Still, The Restored, and The Sent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership. By completing your purchase you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

3. Membership Access

• Access to your membership vault begins immediately upon successful payment
• Your membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted to another person
• Login credentials must not be shared with any other individual
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached

4. Billing and Cancellation

• Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your first payment
• Annual memberships are billed once per year
• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds on digital membership products once access has been granted, except where required by UK consumer law
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing members

5. Intellectual Property

All products within The Still Waters Membership vault are the intellectual property of Little Aha Moments. Your rights to use these products are governed by the licence associated with your membership tier:

• The Still — Personal Use Licence only. No commercial use, resale, or redistribution permitted

6. Theological Standards

Every product within The Still Waters Membership is created to be theologically sound and consistent with a conservative evangelical Christian worldview. We are committed to the following non-negotiable standards:

• All scripture references are accurate, contextually appropriate, and drawn from recognised Bible translations
• No product will contain oracle cards, tarot, divination tools, astrology, manifestation language, or any occult-adjacent content
• Scripture references must not be removed, altered, or reframed in any product produced under our licences

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use membership products in a way that contradicts or undermines their scriptural and theological basis
• Share, upload, or redistribute membership files to non-members
• Resell access to the membership itself
• Use our brand name, logo, or identity in connection with products or services we have not authorised
• Engage in any illegal activity in connection with your membership

8. Disclaimer

The products and resources within The Still Waters Membership are provided for personal spiritual growth, coaching support, and business use as permitted by your licence. They are not a substitute for professional pastoral, legal, financial, or medical advice. Little Aha Moments accepts no liability for decisions made based on membership content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
